Survey “Citizens for Culture” – CitizenTalks – 2018

As part of the 2018 European Year for Cultural Heritage activities, CulturePolis launched a nationwide online survey entitled “Citizens for Culture” – CitizenTalks which aimed at identifying the needs of citizens, recording their opinions on the cultural activity of their city of residence and on culture in general.

The presentation of the results of the survey took place on 21 November 2018 at the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation. This survey was conducted under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, supported by the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation and the communication was sponsored by the ελ platform.


  • The findings of the survey were published online and were widely shared and sent to all operators.
  • The proposals – comments of participants were recorded and forwarded to the municipalities where they were residents.
