DIALOG CITY – A holistic approach towards a digital cultural infrastructure in European cities – 2022-2025

DIALOG CITY, which is in progress, aims at contributing to increased access to culture through a dialogical approach by developing new practices on how to connect digital innovation directly to citizens’ physical participation. Digital transformation is more of a mindset than a purely technical innovation. Hence the overall goal of this project proposal is to create a socially inclusive, environmentally friendly, and economically sustainable urban digital environment.

🔮 Experiential Future Literacy Workshops in Patras & Thessaloniki

Participatory Imagination for a Changing World

How can we rethink the present by imagining alternative futures?

How can imagination be transformed into a tool for social and cultural resilience?

CulturePolis in collaboration with 11 modern muses (Alexandra Tiligadi) and Insider Spaceman (George Styl) is organizing two series of separate experiential workshops with the aim of empowering citizens, artists, educators, business executives and other professionals to use the future as a tool for understanding, creating and addressing crises.

The concept of Futures Literacy, as developed and recognized by UNESCO, concerns the ability to imagine multiple, alternative futures and to utilize them in order to see the world with new eyes.

September 10-17, 2025

September 29-30, 2025

Information about the workshops in Thessaloniki HERE.

⚠️ In each city, the workshops consist of consecutive modules. It is recommended to attend all of them for the full experience.

Through experiential activities, creative tools and an interactive process, the workshops cultivate collective imagination, creative thinking and the ability to imagine – and build – the future landscapes that we deserve.
