INNOViMENTOR aimed at supporting the capacity of tourism SMEs in remote, peripheral and sparsely populated areas to grow in regional, national and international markets and to engage in innovation processes in the tourism sector.
The aim of the project was to create together a pan-European farmers' community, the discovery of the secrets of the soil, the use of simple tools to manage it more efficiently and to contribute to its protection and scientific follow-up.
The project aimed at improving the efficiency of the management of cultural heritage in southeast Europe, particularly inhabited cities such as the Old Town of Corfu on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
