ACHIEVE CCS: Ambitious Careers and Holistic Innovation for Empowering Women in CCS – 2024-2026

The ACHIEVE CCS project aims to enhance the involvement and presence of young women in leadership and decision-making positions within the CCS. It aims to tackle issues like the gender pay gap and various forms of gender-based discrimination. This initiative will offer young women access to training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to bolster their professional growth. The project seeks to promote gender equality and diversity in the Cultural and Creative Sector, inspiring greater inclusivity in the industry.
