The present article concerns methodology proposals for more effective citizen participation in public consultations regarding the organization of projects and actions for climate change adaptation in the regions of Greece. According to current legislation, the Greek regions are obligated to develop regional plans for climate change adaptation and to conduct extensive consultations with stakeholders and interested parties. However, these consultations are often replaced by seminars or online consultations without the appropriate informative basis.
