The Challenge: The CCIs ecosystem, a core component of the New EU Industrial Strategy, encompasses a vast array of sectors and is composed of over 8 million talented individuals across Europe. Despite its economic significance, representing over €477 billion in annual turnover and nearly 4% of the EU’s GDP, the ecosystem faces challenges such as job insecurity, a need for re-skilling, and adaptation to digital and green transformations.
Our Commitment: By endorsing the Creative Pact for Skills, CulturePolis is committed to:
- Promoting lifelong learning and skills development.
- Enhancing resilience and innovation across the CCIs ecosystem.
- Supporting education and training activities through robust collaborations.
- Developing new pathways for re- and upskilling activities, especially focusing on digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills.
